Welcome to the Dome of Home and New Cd
Dear friends of the Shrine,
As you know the Shrine Church of Ss. Peter, Paul and Philomena in New Brighton has been open for over a year thanks to the generosity of so many supporters, and now the urgent work of restoration begins. To mark this stage a fundraising black tie dinner will be held on Saturday 20th July at 7pm at Wallasey Golf Club.
Tickets cost £35 each and this includes a glass of French champagne on arrival followed by three courses with a French theme; pâté de campagne, bœuf bourguignon, and French apple tart, (a vegetarian option or any special dietary requirements can be arranged). The evening will include a fundraising raffle.
The Church building is now nearly 80 years old and needs extensive restoration and renewal, your support will help begin the preservation of this `Beacon of hope` for the future, I hope you will wish to join us on this special evening to renew or extend your friendship with the Shrine and the Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest.
